School Speech Language Pathologist - Hillsboro, OR

Step into an impactful role as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting preschool-aged children in the Multnomah County area during the 20252026 school year. You'll make a meaningful difference for early learners (under age 5) across various preschool sites partnering closely with fellow professionals and families to help young students achieve vital communication milestones. This contract, full-time position includes paid time for administrative and indirect tasks, ensuring you can focus on effective and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy tailored to the needs of preschoolers
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, plan interventions, and monitor student progress
• Develop individualized treatment plans to foster early communication skills
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Attend scheduled meetings with compensation and manage necessary documentation during paid indirect hours

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Background in, or strong interest in, early childhood and preschool settings
• Ability to complete all mandatory background screenings and fingerprinting
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology, where applicable
