Working with cross-functional teams, you'll develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to deliver value through cost savings, risk mitigation, and supply chain optimization. You'll support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer by ensuring reliable, cost-effective procurement of critical materials and services.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required; Minimum of 3 years of related experience.Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CPM) are desirableProven success executing strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract managementExperience working in regulated industries like life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals preferredStrong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilitiesProficiency with ERP systems, spend analytics, and procurement toolsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsAbility to build consensus and collaborate across global matrix organizationsDemonstrated success in achieving cost savings and process improvementsStrong project management capabilitiesAbility to travel 0-25% as requiredFluency in English required; additional languages beneficialComprehensive understanding of procurement best practices, processes and methodologiesExperience with continuous improvement/lean methodologiesDemonstrated negotiation and supplier relationship management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPointCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
