About the Role 

We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our Back of House (BOH) Team . If you're committed to excellence, teamwork, and creating exceptional dishes, we want you to be part of our journey.

Positions Available: Line Cook, Prep Cook, Porter 

Key Responsibilities 

Line Cook: 

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment.  

• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu execution while maintaining consistency and presentation.  

• Ensure that food is prepared according to Norte’s recipes and standards.  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.  

• Assist with inventory and kitchen prep as needed.  

  Prep Cook: 

• Prepare and assemble ingredients with accuracy and consistency.  

• Follow prep lists and recipes according to Norte’s standards.  

• Ensue proper storage of food items to maintain freshness and quality.  

• Maintain  cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep stations.  

  Porter: 

• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, walls, and appliances.  

• Promptly clean up spills to maintain a safe work environment.  

• Assist with receiving and organizing equipment and ingredient deliveries.  

• Maintain organization in food and supply storage areas.  

  Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.  

• Mexican cuisine experience i s a plus.  

• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.  

• Knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.  

• Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
