Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab travel assignment in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures within an acute-care hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures for left and right heart assessment
- Assist with PCI/PTCA, stent placement, and related device therapies; support rotablation as indicated
- Manage cardiac implant/closure devices and IABP placement/removal as needed
- Scrub and circulator duties, maintain sterile technique, and assist with equipment setup and turnover
- Monitor patient rhythm and hemodynamics, recognize life-threatening arrhythmias, and document findings in EPIC

Requirements
- Active New York state license in hand to submit
- Minimum 1 year of cath lab experience
- EPIC charting experience required (hard requirement)
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; ARRT (R) preferred; RCIS acceptable if ARRT not available (note: only one RCIS allowed at a time due to call impact)
- Ability to work a 4x10-hour schedule with on-call and float responsibilities
- Eligible to work in a hospital cath lab environment; must reside within commuting-distance to the assignment
