You know the rhythm of managing a busy job queue, juggling deadlines, and keeping everything moving without dropping the ball. High-volume dispatch is your comfort zone, and you're no stranger to Legal CMS platforms, legal support vendors, and the process server ecosystem.You have a knack for monitoring SLAs, flagging risks before they become problems, and following up like a pro. Whether you're coordinating with a process server in the field or communicating updates to a client, you bring clarity and confidence to every interaction.
