This is an opportunity for a high-performing recruiter to join a growing team, manage an active desk, and build meaningful earning potential through an uncapped commission structure. The right candidate understands how to develop strong candidate relationships, manage multiple searches, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced staffing environment. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and placement Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Partner closely with clients and internal team members to understand hiring needs Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks Manage multiple active searches while maintaining a high level of organization and communication Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients Consistently meet or exceed placement and gross-margin goals Maintain accurate and timely activity within the company’s applicant tracking and CRM systems What We’re Looking For At least three consecutive years of recent recruiting experience with a staffing agency A demonstrated track record of generating at least $300,000 in annual gross margin Strong full-cycle recruiting and candidate-management experience Proven ability to source, engage, and close high-quality candidates Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Ability to manage priorities independently while contributing to a collaborative team Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $60,000–$80,000, based on experience and performance history Uncapped commission Significant earning potential for proven agency recruiters If you are an experienced staffing professional with a consistent production history and are ready for an opportunity where your results directly influence your earnings, we’d like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
