Job Title: CNC Machinist Programmer
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay: $30-$35/hr
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills Required: CNC Machinist Programmer
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with developing estimates for clients, including creating accurate bill of materials and labor requirements for each part
- Experience with quality control procedures and inspection methods required for checking complex parts
- Ability to set up and run manual lathes, mills, and drill presses
- Ability to develop CNC programs, provide setups, and run CNC mills and lathes
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve independently
- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, or Fusion is a plus
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (60-70 lbs) daily if required
- Effective communication skills with all team members
- Critical thinking skills to solve machining issues that may arise with complex parts
Responsibilities: CNC Machinist Programmer
- Working a 2-axis CNC machine and a boring mill (drill press)
- Programming CNC machines is a plus
- Reading blueprints and working independently
