- Setting up and operating slotting, feed, and die cut sections with precision and care.
- Maintaining equipment by securing bolts and checking for anilox roll damage.
- Monitoring and reporting on board quality, ensuring continuous machine operation.
- Cross-training on other machines and aiming for upward mobility within shifts.
- Engaging in the maintenance of equipment and the production schedule.
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and productive work environment by adhering to company policies.
