As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking an Assistant Foreman to join our team in Kitsap and Jefferson counties. Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as instructed by foreman/site supervisor including but not limited to general building construction and landscape construction
- Machine operation including excavator, skid steer, Genie Lift, and fork lift
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
- Complete/perform general repairs, inspections, and maintenance on project sites
- Assist with general construction, electrical work, plumbing, irrigation, catchment, and masonry/and or concrete installation
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Works well in a team setting
- 2-3 years experience in general construction
- 2-3 years experience in landscape construction
- OSHA Certified
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions
- Strong time managment skills
- Ability to assist in management of construction and landscape crews
- Ability to operate heavy machinery including skid steer, excavator, and forklifts

Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $51,840.00
- Maximum Salary: $61,440.00
