Hiring: Plumbing Foremen & Plumbing Mechanics

Locations: Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan & Bronx, NY

Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

We are seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen and Plumbing Mechanics to join a growing team working on commercial and residential projects throughout New York City. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of delivering high-quality plumbing installations while maintaining professionalism on job sites.

• Lead and coordinate plumbing crews on active job sites
• Lay out work and oversee daily project activities
• Order materials and manage site logistics
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Supervise installation of:
  • No-Hub piping
  • Branch lines
  • Drain, waste & vent systems
  • Shower and sewer lines
  • Gas piping systems
  • Copper and cast iron piping
  • PVC and PEX systems
• Perform and oversee brazing and soldering of copper pipe

• Strong leadership and crew management experience
• Ability to lay out work from blueprints
• Extensive experience with commercial plumbing systems
• Experience managing crews of multiple plumbers/mechanics
• OSHA 30 + SST 10 required (SST 62 Supervisor preferred)
• F60 & G60 required
• DOB Gas Card preferred

• Install and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Work with:
  • Copper, cast iron, PVC, and PEX piping
  • No-Hub systems
  • Drain, sewer, and vent piping
  • Gas piping systems
  • Water distribution systems
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing work
• Read blueprints and follow project layouts
• Install plumbing fixtures and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Experience with commercial and/or residential plumbing
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Experience with brazing and soldering copper pipe
• Knowledge of drain, waste, vent, sewer, and gas systems
• OSHA 30 and SST preferred
• F60/G60 a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
