Clearsteps ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-12 across New Jersey and Missouri. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to help children with autism develop meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver structured, compassionate care in the comfort of our clients' natural environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA therapy plans in accordance with clients' individual goals and needs

• Collecting data and maintaining accurate records of client progress

• Providing in-home support to clients and their families

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment for clients

• Adhering to Clearsteps ABA's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to clients in their natural environments

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless care

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as an RBT

• Must be certified or willing to become RBT certified within months of hire

• Must be able to pass a thorough background check and obtain necessary state certifications
