This role supports the development and execution of media plans by preparing and maintaining essential planning materials, campaign documentation, flowcharts, budget trackers, and reporting tools that keep work organized and accurate. The position gathers audience, market, and competitive data, updates planning systems, and monitors campaign pacing, delivery, and budget utilization to help ensure media activity aligns with approved strategies and client objectives. This role also coordinates with planners, buyers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm campaign readiness, resolve discrepancies, and support billing, reconciliation, and proof-of-performance requirements. Through strong attention to detail, adherence to process standards, and continued learning of media planning fundamentals, the job contributes to reliable campaign execution, operational efficiency, and high-quality client deliverables.
