Combining business design, transformation, technology, and human-centered thinking, we help clients build organizations that are ready for the future of health.What you'll doAs an Operating Model Consultant, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help HLS clients transform how their organizations operate. You'll contribute to high-profile transformations while developing expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation. Our OpModel Consultants are responsible for:Designing future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.Analyzing complex business challenges and developing practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.Assessing organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.What you’ll gainExposure to complex, high-impact client challenges across the health and life sciences sector.Opportunities to work alongside experts in healthcare, life sciences, strategy, transformation, technology, and innovation.A structured development pathway focused on business and operating model design.The opportunity to help shape our growing team while developing expertise across pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and broader healthcare organizations.Learn more about our Operating Model team and the work we do in Health & Life Sciences on our website.QualificationsWhat we’re looking forSuccessful candidates will come from consulting, healthcare, life sciences, transformation, business analysis, organizational design, or strategy backgrounds.You have at minimum 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role. We’re open to early-career professionals and career transitioners, but this is not an entry-level position.You’ve supported clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. You consistently synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights.You’re known to be proactive and have a desire to solve difficult challenges with creativity and structure.Experience in the following areas is a key indicator that you’ll be a strong match for our team:Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and patient-centered operating models and organizational designClinical development, R&D, or commercial transformationGovernance, capability, and process designEnterprise and technology-enabled transformationChange delivery, product ownership, or agile ways of workingAdditional InformationHybrid working: Our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.
