Sr. Database Developer - PL/SQL - WLK- Long Short SMA

Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Principal Software Engineer with primary focus on Oracle SQL/PLSQL development.
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise cloud-enabled distributed systems.
- Write, maintain, and performance-tune Oracle SQL and PLSQL code.
- Perform data analysis, data modeling, and create data APIs.
- Develop and maintain batch jobs using ETL/Informatica and Autosys.
- Ensure application scalability through sound design principles.
- Write clean, testable, readable, and efficient code.
- Possess knowledge of mid-tier technologies (Java, messaging, web containers) and their data interactions.
- Work in an Agile environment with exposure to CI/CD tools and processes.
- Translate storyboards and use cases into robust applications.
- Lead software solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Participate in and lead design reviews, code reviews, and quality planning (including test case development and automation).
- Contribute to engineering best practices, especially in ATDD and CI/CD.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve optimal performance and career growth.
- Collaborate with global development teams, promoting software engineering best practices.
