We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehousePrepare schedulesSupervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performanceMonitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate an understanding of the company quality policyAdhere to the GXO 7S programCommunicate well with leadership, team members and other departmentsImplement continuous improvement action plansAlways maintain a clean environmentWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:2 years of relevant work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipmentAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt'd be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field2 years of managerial or supervisory experienceBilingual English/SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceThis job requires the ability to:Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightsStand, sit or walk for extended periods of timeReach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsGXO adheres to CDC, OSHA and state and local requirements regarding COVID safety.
