Bookkeeper / Accountant

Bookkeeper And AccountantWe are a diversity staffing agency looking for an experienced bookkeeper and accountant. The position is to work exclusively on Quickbooks online, excel, excel pivot tables, Transaction Pro, and G-Suite. The ideal candidate must be a very quick learner, have experience with the aforementioned software, and possess a solid grasp of basic accounting principles, like debits and credits, accrual accounting, and matching principle. Must have very strong excel skills including building pivot tables and macros. Must be strong with transaction pro. Staffing industry or recruiting industry experience a plus. The candidate must have a BA in Accounting. CPA or CPA candidates are preferred. We will only review candidates who have achieved an expert or highly proficient rating on their assessments. This job is flexible and there is enormous room for growth. The right person for this job is self-motivated and thrives on independent, self-managed work.
