We're not looking for someone to just answer phones. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career. This role is bilingual English/Spanish, and Armenian is a strong plus.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing Verizon Wireless customers
• Spot opportunities to save customers money and grow their accounts
• Sell smartphones, tablets, mobile internet, and other services that fit the customer's life
• Work and follow up on assigned leads through Verizon's lead and engagement platform
• Run outbound text and SMS outreach to re-engage past and prospective customers
• Book and manage appointments, follow-ups, and callbacks
• Keep clean, accurate records of every call and interaction
• Show up to daily huddles and training ready to get better
• Track your own numbers and own your results

What You Bring:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required. You'll be talking to a diverse customer base and need to serve them in the language they're comfortable in.
• Armenian language skills are a big plus
• 3+ years in a commission-based sales role preferred
• Call center or wireless industry experience is a strong plus
• Motivated by commission, with a proven ability to hit sales goals
• Comfortable learning and using sales, CRM, and customer messaging platforms. Salesforce experience preferred.
• Thick skin, quick thinking, and the drive to turn a "no" into a "not yet"
• Self-motivated to stay productive during slower periods instead of waiting for the phone to ring
• A real passion for helping people, not just closing deals
