Account Executive / B2B Sales Specialist

Position: We're currently looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities and nurturing connections, and presenting our custom products to prospective customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and account management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace positive coaching
Proficiency with CRM systems and computer operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, Mac)
Background in HVAC installation/maintenance, contracting, or related industries is a plus
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads and qualify prospective customers through targeted outreach
Develop new business relationships and identify opportunities for growth
Present product information and solutions to potential clients
Update and maintain customer information in CRM system
Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with customers
Achieve key performance indicators, including outbound call goals, quote conversion rates, and sales revenue targets

Compensation Structure:

Hourly compensation with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses
Eligibility for commissions based on invoiced sales, including incentives for new accounts, reactivated accounts, and existing/recurring accounts
