Job Overview & Compensation

• Position: Civil Project Manager (Demolition & Site Development)
• Location: Nashville, TN
• Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000+ per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost control, change orders, and monthly billing.
• Coordinate site development activities including earthwork, grading, utilities, paving, and demolition.
• Communicate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Mentor junior team members like Project Engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years managing civil construction or site development projects.
• Skills: Strong background in earthwork, grading, infrastructure, and demolition coordination.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Software: Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, HCSS, Viewpoint, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
