Job Title: Warehouse Worker Location: Bakersfield, CA Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: Entry Level: $18.00/hour With Experience: $19.00 – $21.00/hour Once hired on, there is a pay increase Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays required) Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM About the Role: Legacy Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support our client's operations team. Key Responsibilities: Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse Pick orders and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently Receive and inspect incoming products Utilize pick lists and assist with shipping processes Perform basic computer tasks including email and spreadsheets Use company inventory/software systems (training provided) Additional Duties (as needed): Operate sit-down or propane forklifts Drive trucks or flatbed vehicles to deliver materials to job sites Requirements: Steel toe boots (PPE required) Ability to work in a warehouse environment Basic computer skills Willingness to learn company software Must be able to pass a background and drug screen Must have a clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
