Employee Experience: Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and culture-building activities. Drive engagement through thoughtful activities and personalized gifts. Internal Communications & Operations: Oversee smooth office logistics and ensure a pleasant work environment. Handle administrative tasks and manage internal communications across various platforms (Slack, Emails, Confluence). HRIS management: Manage all employee records, updates, and HR system operations Finance & Vendor Management: Manage relationships and payments to suppliers and service providers, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing. Office Relocation Project: Lead and oversee the company's office relocation project during December-January, managing external vendors, logistics, setup, and employee transition to ensure a seamless move. Requirements What are we looking for? Experience in a similar position within a high-tech environment. Proven experience managing large-scale operational projects, specifically leading office relocations - must. Strong proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) - must. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong communication, proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal abilities. proven ability to use GenAI tools to optimize daily tasks, draft communications, and improve operational efficiency.
