Join a growing manufacturer in the industrial equipment space as a Sales Operations Coordinator !

Our client is a global leader in ergonomic pallet strapping systems with a strong U.S. presence and a rapidly growing operation. They are looking to bring on an additional Sales Operations Coordinator to support their Waukesha, WI headquarters . This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing company where you will play a key role across sales, operations, logistics, and light accounting functions.

Highlights:

$60K OTE
Full Benefits + Simple IRA
PTO
Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Direct exposure to leadership at U.S. headquarters

Requirements and Skills:

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, administrative support, or accounting support REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills (phone + email)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Experience with order processing, logistics, invoicing, or AR/AP preferred
Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience a plus
