What Youll Do

As an Automotive Technician at Bird Automotive, youll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer care.

Perform accurate diagnostics (electrical, drivability, noise concerns, etc.)
Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
Use digital inspections and document findings clearly
Communicate with advisors as needed for repair recommendations
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Contribute to a positive team environment

What Were Looking For

Were looking for techs who care about doing things the right way not just the fast way.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic abilities (A/B Tech level preferred)
• Experience with general repair and maintenance
• Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Bonus Points If You Have:

• ASE certifications
• Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, etc.)
• Leadership or mentoring experience
