As our new Project Engineer, you will be part of our energetic and driven group of structural engineers and architects. This is a position for a person who has passed the FE exam and plans to pursue Professional Engineering licensure within two years. The Project Engineer utilizes highly developed verbal and written communication skills to maintain a close relationship with project team members and clients from proposal through construction phase.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Completing assignments requiring a knowledge of engineering fundamentals and the application of these fundamentals to the production of engineering deliverablesExecuting a variety of engineering tasks including preparation of reports, investigatory studies, engineering design calculations and preparation of Contract DocumentsMaintaining routine communications with the project team members during proposal, design and construction phases of a projectReviewing schedules and budgets of projects under their supervisionPreparing proposals and conducts efforts supporting business development activitiesPerforming detailed checking of completed work performed under their direct supervisionVisiting job sites to review work in progress, gain field experience, and advance practical engineering skillsRamboll offers engineering services for a wide range of projects. Additionally, we provide structural engineering services to support our growing energy division. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $102,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations.
