Counterintelligence RDA Instructor - Mid Level

For our client, we are seeking a Counterintelligence RDA Instructor - Mid Level to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment. Location: Quantico, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $84,900 – $178,400 annually Responsibilities Implement the Instructional System Design process for course content Research and update course materials to ensure relevance Conduct training needs assessments to evaluate student performance Assess training processes and identify areas for improvement Develop strategies and provide insights in team meetings Facilitate practical field exercises for hands‑on learning Qualifications TS SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain it before starting Credentialed Special Agent status required Minimum of five years' experience in Counterintelligence support for RDA Expertise in assessing threats posed by Foreign Intelligence Security Services Strong background in Critical Infrastructure Protection Benefits Comprehensive healthcare and wellness programs Support for financial wellness and retirement options Family support benefits Continuing education opportunities Generous time off policies Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
