Clinical Pharmacist
Seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to support a hospital Pharmcy. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring safe and effective medication therapy for patients facing serious illness, all while collaborating within an expert, multidisciplinary team.
Clinical Pharmacist (2) – Day shift Per Diem / Evening - Every other weekends 8a-4P/ 4P-12a and varied Mon-Fri 8a-4P and 4p-12a. Including Holidays
Night - Mon-Fri 4p-12a including holidays. As needed on weekends.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program - BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current New York Pharmacist registration required.
