Oncology Pharmacist / Oncology Clinical Pharmacist
• Work in a mission-driven oncology hospital environment
• Collaborate with expert hematology-oncology teams and infusion services
• Shift: 37.5 hours - Days - Mon-Fri 8-4 / 9-5 / 11-7, alternating w/e &holiday
• Full suite of benefits and retirement plan
Requirements:
• NYS Pharmacist license and current New York registration required
• 2–3 years of hospital pharmacy experience, preferably some in oncology
• CE credits must include a minimum of 3 annually in Chemotherapy/Oncology
• Oncology certification (NYSCHP, BPS, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Experience in hematology-oncology and infusion center workflow highly desired
Your Day:
• Verify and dispense medication orders aligned with oncology protocols
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and pharmacy staff to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Support infusion center operations and chemotherapy handling
• Demonstrate leadership and promote continuous improvement within pharmacy practice
