Up to $40 per hour + Commissions, Incentives & Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and expertly repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client loyalty
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and safety on every job
• Help drive the company's continued growth through superior workmanship

What You Need

• 8+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Willingness to take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities
• EPA Universal Certification (required)

Nice-to-Haves

• NATE Certification
• HVAC Trade School Certificate
• ServiceTitan experience
• Light commercial experience
• Knowledge of zoning systems, programming, and air balancing
