Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Storm Search Sr. Executive Recruiter/Manager of Research and Technology at Storm Search - Your Trusted Advisor Storm Search is seeking a Sourcing Associate for a Direct Hire opportunity offering: Competitive salary Excellent benefits package As a Sourcing Associate , you’ll play a key role in building and managing a supply base that delivers quality, value, and cost-effective supply chain solutions. This role supports business strategy, strengthens supplier partnerships, and drives innovation in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier development. Monitor supply market trends, risks, and opportunities. Lead supplier contracts, negotiations, and nominations. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier performance issues. Drive cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and quality initiatives. Support commodity sourcing activities for new projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business. 5–7 years of sourcing/procurement/supply chain experience. Strong supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost-reduction background. Proficiency with procurement/ERP systems and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
