In this role, you will contribute to that mission by providing academic support that meets students where they are and helps them continue to grow. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one academic support tailored to each student's learning needs Develop lesson plans and practice materials aligned with student goals Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction strategies as needed Communicate with parents or guardians about performance and improvement areas Create an encouraging learning environment that builds confidence and engagement Requirements Experience supporting learners with intellectual or developmental disabilities or similar learning-support needs Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student learning styles and performance Strong lesson planning and student progress tracking skills for individualized instruction Excellent communication skills with students, parents or guardians, and academic staff, including the ability to provide regular progress updates and discuss improvement areas with sensitivity Eligible to work in the United States Available to work evenings and weekends 2+ years of tutoring experience across mixed student levels is a plus Experience tutoring a mix of academic subjects is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Creed Medical Group
