Early Intervention Specialist

The YMCA seeks an Early Intervention Specialist to support young children and families through developmental screening, coaching, and family-centered services. In this role, you will assess developmental needs, create individualized plans, and provide home- and community-based interventions that promote growth and inclusion. You will collaborate with families, educators, and community partners, connect families to resources, and uphold the YMCA’s mission-driven, diverse, and community-focused culture while advancing youth development and healthy living.
