As the Payroll Specialist, you would be responsible for supporting the Payroll Director and Senior Director of Human Resources & Payroll in payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state and local laws. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or closely related field or payroll certification preferred. Intermediate/Advanced experience in all MS Office applications Knowledge of wage and hour laws and multi-state jurisdiction; payroll tax calculations and payroll software. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to accurately deal with detailed and complex information in a confidential manner Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
