We are growing our team and looking for an Executive Recruiter who is driven, confident, relationship-focused, and motivated by results. This is not a traditional HR recruiting position. Executive search is a combination of recruiting, sales, relationship building, research, and persistence . The right person will be comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to people they have never spoken with before, developing relationships, and creating opportunities. What You'll Do As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage relationships with candidates and help identify exceptional talent for our clients across the senior living industry. You will: Proactively identify and recruit candidates for executive and professional-level positions Make outbound calls to prospective candidates, including cold calls Build long-term relationships with professionals throughout the senior living industry Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate experience, accomplishments, career goals, and overall fit Present career opportunities to passive candidates who may not currently be looking for a new position Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals Research companies, markets, and potential candidates Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously Maintain accurate candidate and search information in our recruiting database Work closely with JHA's recruiting team and leadership throughout the search process Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't intimidated by the phone, and has the persistence to keep going when the first answer is "no." Previous experience in recruiting OR sales is required. You may be a great fit if you: Have professional experience in sales, recruiting, business development, staffing, account management, or another relationship-driven role Are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and initiating conversations with people you don't know Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Are naturally curious and enjoy learning about people, businesses, and industries Can build trust quickly and communicate confidently with senior-level professionals Are competitive and motivated by goals and financial incentives Are persistent without being overly aggressiveAre organized and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once Take ownership of your work and follow through Enjoy working collaboratively while also being individually accountable for results Want a career where your earning potential can grow with your performance Required Qualifications Previous sales or recruiting experience Comfortable with cold calling and outbound business development/recruiting activity Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work full-time from our Greensboro, NC office Strong computer and organizational skills Compensation Base Salary: $65,000 per year + bonus In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on performance.
