Qualifications:

• Active Colorado BCBA License required
• Valid CDE credential in hand
• Experience in K-12 behavioral consultation or school-based settings preferred
• Proven ability to support behavior and autism programs
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Willingness to work onsite exclusively

Responsibilities:

• Provide district-wide behavioral and autism program support
• Oversee behavioral initiatives at multiple K-12 schools
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Consult directly with building staff, offering training and hands-on support
• Serve as a resource for advancing positive behavior frameworks
