Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a dynamic opportunity supporting students across K-12 school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the vibrant community near Fort Collins, Colorado. This in-person, full-time, contract role runs through the academic year, offering the chance to truly make a district-wide impact. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff, making a difference in both behavior and autism programs.
Your expertise will support a network of educators and students, providing guidance and supervision rather than carrying a direct caseload. Your leadership will be essential in completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and mentoring two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within the district. What You’ll Need:
- Active BCBA certification with current Colorado state licensure
- CDE credentials ready and verified
- Experience supporting behavior and autism programs in educational environments
- Ability to oversee and mentor RBTs effectively
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Capacity to travel between school sites as needed
- Willingness to be fully onsite; remote or hybrid arrangements not available
Key Duties:
- Support multiple K-12 campuses throughout the district
- Oversee and guide staff in implementing FBAs and BIPs
- Consult with educators, providing strategies for behavioral and autism support
- Supervise two RBTs, fostering their growth and effectiveness
- Assist in district-wide, school-based behavioral programming
