Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Gynaecologist, Endocrinologist, Women's Health Specialist, or Healthcare Practitioner to deliver an engaging corporate awareness session on the topic:

"PCOD & PCOS: Prevention, Care & Lifestyle Management"

This will be a one-time virtual engagement, with the potential for repeat sessions as part of our monthly Health and Wellness Series.

If you are a women's health expert, gynecologist, endocrinologist, or healthcare practitioner with experience in creating awareness around hormonal health and preventive care, we'd love to hear from you.

• The objective of this session is to educate employees about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) , their causes, symptoms, risk factors, and long-term health implications. The session should empower participants with knowledge on early identification, preventive measures, and effective management strategies to support overall well-being and women's health.
• The session should be informative, engaging, and practical, covering key aspects of PCOD and PCOS , including hormonal imbalances, common symptoms, diagnosis, fertility concerns, metabolic health, menstrual irregularities, mental and emotional well-being, and the importance of timely medical intervention. The session should also address common misconceptions surrounding PCOD and PCOS, helping participants distinguish between myths and facts.
• The session should provide practical guidance through evidence-based lifestyle management approaches, including nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress reduction, sleep hygiene, and sustainable healthy habits. Discussions around preventive care, early intervention, and managing symptoms through lifestyle modifications are highly encouraged to ensure relevance and applicability.
• The session should also explore the broader impact of PCOD and PCOS on physical health, emotional well-being, self-confidence, productivity, and quality of life. Practical strategies for managing symptoms, maintaining hormonal balance, seeking appropriate medical support, and adopting a holistic approach to long-term health should be included.
• The session should incorporate interactive discussions, expert insights, case studies, myth-versus-fact activities, polls, and Q&A opportunities to encourage participation and reflection. The goal is to equip employees with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to better understand PCOD and PCOS, adopt healthier lifestyle choices, and support overall wellness.

Ideal Profile

• Experienced Gynecologist, Endocrinologist, Women's Health Specialist, or Healthcare Practitioner with expertise in PCOD and PCOS management
• Experience delivering engaging and informative corporate wellness sessions on women's health, hormonal wellness, preventive healthcare, or lifestyle management
• Able to conduct a 45-60 minute virtual session with interactive discussions, polls, and Q&A
• Able to provide professionally designed presentation slides, evidence-based insights, practical lifestyle recommendations, and actionable strategies for prevention and management of PCOD and PCOS
