Role Description As a Technical Professional Services Manager, you'll lead the implementation of our enterprise SaaS platform for new clients, ensuring technical accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and on-time. delivery. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

teams, while directly engaging with senior-level client stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers: requirements
• gathering, technical planning, execution, UAT, and go-live
• Serve as the technical liaison between the client and internal teams for integrations,
• configurations, and deployment needs
• Coordinate and track tasks using Jira, ensuring development and support dependencies
• are managed
• Deliver post-launch handoffs to Customer Success and Support, with thorough
• documentation and KPI handover
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams (Global) and ensure alignment across global time

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project
• Management within a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with channel marketing platforms or digital marketing automation
• Experience with enterprise software onboarding, customer lifecycle frameworks, and
• partner enablement
• Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, webhooks, and system configurations, HTML xhyhwjd
• & CSS
• Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, and Tableau (or equivalent tools)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to
• C-level stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Comfortable working independently in US time zones, and cross-functionally with global
• teams
