What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, community organizations, and referral partners. Coordinate admissions from the initial inquiry through the move-in process. Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents and families, guiding them through the admissions journey. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Village Green and its services. Conduct facility tours and showcase the quality of care and services we provide. Maintain communication with referral sources and community partners. Collaborate with the facility team to support census growth and resident satisfaction. ? What We’re Looking For Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities. A self-motivated, outgoing professional who enjoys networking and building relationships. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, or long-term care is preferred. A genuine passion for helping seniors and their families navigate their healthcare needs.
