Work Days: Wednesday, Thursday to start. Potential 3rd day starting in January 2027 and growth to 4th day over time.

Compensation: $650/day guarantee for 3 months. 33% of Collections. Associate pays 33% of the lab bill ($100/crown for CEREC). After 3 months, any deficit from daily guarantee will be repaid ONLY from daily pay over $650/day. This way, if you are earning less than $650/day after 3 months, none of your pay would go towards the deficit. We are very confident you will be earning more than that after 3 months.

Insurance Situation: The incoming associate would be in-network with several PPO's. We have negotiated to receive top reimbursement.

Mentorship Opportunity: We believe Dr. Ritter has a lot to offer an associate that is motivated to grow both clinically, personally and who wants to learn how to help patients say yes to more complex treatment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care, including dental assessments and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Perform dental procedures such as extractions and prosthodontics while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experiences and streamline office operations.
Practice in line with our standard of care and treatment philosophy.
