Work Days: Wednesday, Thursday to start. Potential 3rd day starting in January 2027 and growth to 4th day over time.

Compensation: $650/day guarantee for 3 months. 33% of Collections. Associate pays 33% of the lab bill ($100/crown for CEREC). After 3 months, any deficit from daily guarantee will be repaid ONLY from daily pay over $650/day. This way, if you are earning less than $650/day after 3 months, none of your pay would go towards the deficit. We are very confident you will be earning more than that after 3 months.

Insurance Situation: The incoming associate would be in-network with several PPO's. We have negotiated to receive top reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including dental assessments and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Perform dental procedures such as extractions and prosthodontics while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experiences and streamline office operations.
• Practice in line with our standard of care and treatment philosophy.
