This role partners closely with the Brand & Communications Manager and internal teams to strengthen brand integrity, boost ROI, and support a community‑focused mission. What You’ll Do Build and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing strategies. Manage campaigns end‑to‑end—planning, timelines, budgets, vendors, and performance. Analyze KPIs, lead metrics, and digital insights to optimize results. Oversee brand standards, marketing assets, signage, vehicle branding, and promotional materials. Lead agency and vendor relationships to ensure alignment and accountability. Support company events, community activations, sponsorships, and trade shows. Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and strong storytelling. What You Bring 5+ years of progressive marketing experience; multi‑brand experience preferred. Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills. Expertise with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital reporting tools. Exceptional project management, organization, and communication abilities. Experience with agencies, SEO partners, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms.
