Checking ingredients for freshness, arranging, and garnishing the dishes. You will also oversee ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES: Weigh, measure, mis and prep ingredients according to recipes Check food ingredients for freshness Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are clean EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions Restaurant or customer service experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season WORKINGCONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mustbeabletoindependently lift,carry, push,andpulluptothirty(30)pounds Mustbeable toswimorbewilling towearapersonal flotationdeviceininstancesof emergency Mustbeabletoperformsimplegrasping,finemanipulation,andrepetitivehand&armmovementsfrequently,and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
