General Laborer - Scaffolding Team
Looking to start a career in construction? We're hiring motivated individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow into a skilled trade. No previous construction experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Load, unload, and organize scaffold materials
- Assist with inventory and yard operations
- Help prepare materials for job sites
- Work alongside experienced scaffold builders
- Learn to erect and dismantle scaffolding
- Use basic hand tools and follow safety procedures
- Travel to job sites throughout the Charlotte area

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
