General Laborer - Scaffolding TeamNo Experience Required | Paid Training | Career Growth

Looking to start a career in construction? We're hiring motivated individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow into a skilled trade. No previous construction experience is required.

• Load, unload, and organize scaffold materials
• Assist with inventory and yard operations
• Help prepare materials for job sites
• Work alongside experienced scaffold builders
• Learn to erect and dismantle scaffolding
• Use basic hand tools and follow safety procedures
• Travel to job sites throughout the Charlotte area

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable transportation
• Team-player attitude

Candidates with backgrounds in warehouse, landscaping, manufacturing, retail, food service, moving, general labor, or anyone looking to break into construction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
