Facilities Technician

We are supporting a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing and energy-technology company seeking a skilled Facilities Technician for its Northern Nevada operations. This is a hands‑on position responsible for maintaining critical building systems, production‑support equipment and site infrastructure within a fast‑paced industrial environment. Key responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and facilities equipment Complete preventative and corrective maintenance Maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Read electrical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals Respond to breakdowns and minimise operational downtime Support new equipment installation and facilities upgrades Record maintenance activity and ensure compliance with safety procedures We would like to hear from candidates with: Industrial facilities or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities Experience with motors, control circuits, pumps and industrial equipment Knowledge of safe electrical and mechanical working practices The ability to work independently in a demanding operating environment Flexibility to work shifts, overtime or weekends when required Experience with CMMS platforms, HVAC, compressed air, building‑management systems, VFDs or PLC‑controlled equipment would be advantageous.
