TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tucson, Arizona, 85712!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Medical/Surgical nursing License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS required, not expiring within 30 days of start Must-Have: EPIC experience required Description: Orientations available on specified dates. Must have a minimum of one year of Medical/Surgical experience. The role involves caring for Orthopedic diagnoses with medical overflow. Floating within the scope of care and practice is required. Full contract length commitment is necessary. The nurse-patient ratio is 1:5-6. Local candidates are not accepted. Floating to a sister facility may be required. Special procedures include elective hips, knees, shoulders, and spine. All staff will have access to interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Rapid Response Teams. Nursing responsibilities include blood product administration, isolation precautions, oxygen administration, and wound care. No titrating drips are managed except for heparin. Previous charge experience is preferred. Travel experience is required. Candidates with only one DUI on record, occurring over one year ago, may be considered. Blocked scheduling is not accommodated. Travelers with previous work history in certain facilities will need HR approval for rehire status.
