Job Description Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite) Pay: $25–$28 per hour Schedule: Thursday–Sunday 8:00 AM –6:00 PM We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Dispatcher to join our growing operations team in St. Louis. In this role, you will coordinate delivery orders, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure exceptional service from pickup through delivery. This is a fast‑paced position ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to internal and external customers Dispatch delivery orders to independent contractors Coordinate and prepare next‑day delivery schedules based on volume and priority Communicate delivery alerts, routing details, and special instructions to drivers Support drivers with delivery‑related questions and proof‑of‑delivery issues Enter and manage customer orders and pricing within the company’s transportation management system Monitor shipment activity and resolve service issues quickly and professionally Plan coverage to support daily customer demand Assist with training drivers on customer‑specific procedures and requirements Step in to support delivery operations as needed to ensure customer commitments are met What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced or time‑sensitive environment Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or delivery services is strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly Willingness to work overtime when operational needs require it Flexibility to assist with deliveries when needed Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required Why Join Us?
