Director OF Demand Generation

To enhance student engagement and enrollment, the full-time remote Director of Lifecycle Marketing will define strategies and manage automated systems guiding prospective students from inquiry through enrollment while focusing on lifecycle automation and conversion improvement. Key responsibilities Design and own the prospective-student lifecycle system across various stages, including inquiry and enrollment Architect and implement automated journeys to improve conversion rates and guide prospective students toward the next best action Establish performance standards and dashboards to connect channel engagement with applications and enrollments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or conversion marketing, with at least 3 years of hands-on automation experience Deep expertise in building lifecycle automations, including segmentation and channel orchestration across email and SMS Advanced knowledge of enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Marketo Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cohorts and business outcomes beyond channel metrics
