The Learning & Development Specialist for CI is embedded on-site, building relationships with CI employees and leaders, delivering soft skills training and facilitation, and developing the talent capability of a workforce that powers our mission. You'll be the Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) function's eyes, ears, and hands in the field, and a critical connector between frontline teams and the broader People team.This role sits at our Developing IC level. You'll build deeper expertise in talent development through hands-on practice and direct exposure, growing your ability to diagnose needs, design solutions, and deliver impact as you develop.What You'll Be Working On:Serve as the primary L&TD point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-siteDeliver soft skills training, facilitation, and development programming for CI employees at all levelsAssess talent development needs on the ground and surface insights back to the L&TD teamDesign and adapt learning materials for the CI contextSupport onboarding experiences for new CI hiresBuild trusting relationships with CI managers and frontline leaders to understand evolving development needsCoordinate and deliver coaching conversations and career development support as neededCollaborate with L&TD leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistencyWhat You'll Bring to the Team:1–3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or a related fieldComfortable delivering facilitation and training to diverse audiences, including frontline and operational workforcesStrong relationship-building skills — you earn trust quickly and know how to meet people where they areAbility to work autonomously in a field-based environment while staying connected to a distributed teamAdaptable and resourceful; you thrive in environments where needs evolve and structure is still being builtFamiliarity with instructional design basics and a willingness to develop content as neededBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; non-traditional backgrounds welcomeMust be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO; this is an on-site roleBenefits:Competitive compensation and equity packagesRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programsComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistanceDaily meals allowanceAdditional perks & programs specific to locationCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus.
