The Learning & Development Specialist for CI is embedded on-site, building relationships with CI employees and leaders, delivering soft skills training and facilitation, and developing the talent capability of a workforce that powers our mission. You'll be the Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) function's eyes, ears, and hands in the field, and a critical connector between frontline teams and the broader People team.This role sits at our Developing IC level. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
