Job Description Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in developing high-performing teams? Join our growing company as a Regional Automotive Training Manager , where you'll lead training efforts that drive service excellence, boost sales performance, and ensure our teams stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry. The ideal candidate MUST reside in Denver, CO. What You Will Do Design, deliver, and manage training programs across multiple locations. Coach dealership staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. Monitor performance and conduct on-site evaluations to identify training needs and areas for improvement. Collaborate with corporate leadership to align training initiatives with company goals. Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and standards. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in training, sales, or management. Proven ability to lead training programs across multiple locations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
