These contract positions offer multiple openings, providing you with the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania state licensure and required clearances
- Experience or comfort working as part of a school-based or healthcare interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children’s growth and development
- Excellent organization and adaptability to manage a dynamic early intervention caseload
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services and support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Assist in conducting screenings and assessments tailored to meet students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in adherence to district guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for children with various speech and language needs
